Founder/Owner
Russell J. Hickman Sr. in 2010 started buying, repairing, and reselling computers and tablets on his eBay store. He received numerous 5-star reviews/comments on his refurbished computers and tablets he sold such as “I received the laptop, I purchased from your online store today, and I must say I’m very impressed with its performance”.
After successfully selling his refurbished laptops, desktops, and tablets on eBay for a consecutive 7 and a half years, Russell decided to upscale and enhance his knowledge in professional PC repair by getting his first online certification in Computer IT Services. In 2017 he founded 1 Pit Stop Laptops his (Home Based Business) and currently has 23 certifications at this moment. Russell has continued to satisfied his customers/clients on popular social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Nextdoor and his local community.

Renee has been in the field of public relations for over 25 years. She studied the field when she was in school and later used that knowledge to perfect her craft. She has been utilized for several large events and has gained notoriety because of her ability to meet the needs of the public she serves.
She has obtained several awards over the years for her outstanding customer service and leadership abilities. Her motto is to “serve others not as a servant but as a completer.” She believes the field of public relations helps people complete their visions and dreams.
